Rachel is a Supervising Producer for The Daily, the acclaimed audio news show from The New York Times. She leads coverage of Washington and national politics, helping shape editorial priorities and coverage plans for both breaking news and in-depth storytelling.
Rachel was one of the founding members of The Daily, joining the show in 2017 shortly after launch. Before joining The New York Times, she worked as a podcast producer at NPR and the Scripps Washington Bureau.
With deep experience in audio journalism, political coverage and daily news storytelling, Rachel brings invaluable insight into how world-class audio teams create compelling journalism for global audiences.
