With a career spanning over 28 years in the media industry, Aaron Pinto has contributed across a range of areas, including content programming, promotions, marketing, and the development of radio automation systems. Over the past 12 years, he has taken on lead and group roles for content programming.

Aaron has worked with well-known radio stations like Gen FM and Jak FM in Jakarta. Here, he played a part in shaping program formats, working on marketing strategies, and facilitating promotions that made a positive impact.

Since 2015, Aaron has also served as a council member for the Commercial Radio Operators of Malaysia to contribute to industry growth. In 2021, Aaron assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Media Prima Audio involved in driving transformative audio initiatives.
