Commencing his professional voyage as a Senior Executive at Bank Negara Malaysia from 1999 to 2007, Moots cultivated his foundation in finance as a regulator. Transitioning to the captivating realm of radio, he assumed the role of Station Manager & Radio Announcer at Astro Radio (Hitz fm) from 2007 to 2012, showcasing an impressive blend of operational finesse and on-air charm.

Moots’ commitment to youth engagement came to the fore during his tenure as

Director of Events and Activation at 1M4U from 2012 to 2013. Subsequently, as General Manager at Astro Digital Sales & Astro Digital Publications (2014-2017), his expertise in navigating the digital landscape led to transformative initiatives.

Elevating his impact, Moots held the position of Vice President and consolidated talent management by setting up Rocketfuel Entertainment within the Astro Group from 2017 to 2020, significantly shaping the entertainment landscape. His strategic brilliance and marketing finesse took center stage during his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Stream Empire Holdings from 2020 to 2021.

At present, serving as Group Network Director at Media Prima Audio since 2021, Moots continues to forge unprecedented pathways in the media industry. His achievements include a Silver Media award for Excellence in Event Marketing
