Pascal has been in broadcasting for over 30 years, launching South Africa’s first independent commercial radio station CT-FM in the 80s. He has been Broadcast Director for independent radio/tv production company Unique Broadcasting PLC and Commercial Director for Wise Buddah Broadcast. After becoming Station Manager of GWR PLC’s digital radio stations, he later co-founded and launched two more radio stations: FRL in London and EnglishWaves in Paris, both now sold. He went on to oversee 7digital PLC’s French operation. Over the last few years, he has travelled extensively across MENA and Sub-Sahara Africa delivering Media Leader courses for BBC World Service and Media Action. His core skills are people-orientated ranging from leadership, strategy, marketing and sales, as well as talent management.
