RDA 2023 welcomes Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital, Teo Nie Ching

We are delighted to announce that Malaysian Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital, YB Teo Ne Ching will be joining us in Kuala Lumpur as part of our Radiodays Asia conference!

A politician and lawyer, Teo Nie Ching has served as the Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital in Malaysia since last December and has been a Member of Parliament for Kulai since May 2013.

Teo Nie Ching was elected as the Member of Parliament for Serdang, Selangor in the March 2008 Malaysian General Election, becoming the youngest MP of the house at that time.  Re-elected as Member of Parliament for Kulai, Johor in 2013 and 2018 and then appointed as the Deputy Minister of Education in July 2018 and served until the Government disruption in February 2020. Contested for a fourth term in 2022 and successfully defended the Parliamentary seat for Kulai, Johor. 

Now as the Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital Teo Nie Ching is currently a member of Democratic Action Party (DAP) Central Executive Committee, serving as its National Publicity Secretary.  Also, the National Deputy Chairperson of DAP Women and the Deputy Chairperson of
DAP Johor State Committee.

YB Teo Nie Ching will be speaking in the opening session at Radiodays Asia this year and will launch what is set to be a truly brilliant event where speakers from all Asia, Australia and beyond will be sharing their ideas and experience in the field of audio, radio and podcasts, including the management, the business and the creativity as well as the innovations in the sector.
