RDA23 welcomes Andrew Morris, Manager, Online Products and Services – Community Broadcasting Association of Australia

Andrew spearheads an Australian Government funded Multiplatform Distribution Project for community broadcasting. This initiative aims to enhance listeners’ convenience, enabling them to access their preferred stations seamlessly on any device, at any time.

With over 28 years in community radio, Andrew Morris has garnered diverse experience. His time at Sydney’s Hope 103.2 showcased his proficiency in digital expansion, overseeing websites, email marketing, and social media. Presently, his focus is on driving innovation in community broadcasting.

Andrew’s recent accomplishments include launching the industry aggregation app, Community Radio Plus, featuring 330 live stations, podcasts, and news bulletins. Through partnerships with industry players like All In Media, Triton Digital, and Eardrum, he’s committed to empowering community broadcasters in the digital realm.

At the conference, Andrew offers pragmatic insights from his current role, shedding light on the intersection of technology and community engagement in the evolving broadcasting landscape.
