An enterprising marketing professional, Shirley D’Costa has over 16 years of experience as a strategy planner and business head across advertising agencies, digital agencies and content studios. After working with organisations such as Ernst & Young and Lowe Lintas, she did a three-year stint as a Brand Strategy Manager at DDB Mudra. With a keen eye on the future, Shirley, who has always let curiosity guide her path, shifted to digital by joining 22feet (then acquired by Omnicom, and renamed 22feet Tribal Worldwide) – a marketing agency providing digital solutions, where she worked as the Business Head at the Mumbai office. She currently heads growth and marketing as Chief Business Officer at Kulfi Collective, a full-stack award winning content network specialising in culture-first branded, immersive and original content. With over 10000 minutes of content created, and over 2 Billion views, Kulfi has partnered with brands such as RedBull, Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Tinder, Lego among others.
