This year, Radiodays Asia is partnering with Trailblazers to celebrate women making an impact across radio, television, podcasting and audio – and we need your nominations!
The Trailblazers Awards, presented at Radiodays Asia 2026, will recognise women at different stages of their careers who are demonstrating outstanding leadership, creativity, innovation, integrity and passion.
The Trailblazers Award celebrates a woman in broadcasting who has made a significant impact on the industry – someone who has forged a successful career while also opening doors, supporting others and helping the industry grow and evolve.
The Trailblazers Next Gen Award turns the spotlight on the women coming through next, recognising talented professionals with up to 10 years of industry experience who are already demonstrating exceptional leadership, creativity and passion.
And the Trailblazers “Industry Choice” Award is the award we need your help with – it recognises women across radio, podcasting and audio who have been behind exceptional projects, campaigns, shows, podcasts, initiatives and events.
